We will learn how to safely and effectively cut a variety of fruits and vegetables and make a few salsas to practice our chopping.

Spring Detox - virtual
Reset your body with a spring detox. This elimination cleanse will remove some of the big offenders from our diet. We will eat clean, nutrient rich foods and let our bodies reset and recover from winter indulgences. Taking a break from caffeine and alcohol in addition to removing gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, and corn. Includes 2 group zoom calls to discuss planning and strategy, a personal weekly check-in call, recipe and grocery ideas for replacing certain foods, and group support. Class fee $100

We are trying to adopt a more earth friendly way of eating but my kids are not bean eaters. I struggled to find ways to feed my family a balanced plant based meal that everyone (or mostly everyone) will eat in some form. In this class we will make 3 vegetarian meals and share some ideas on ways to eat plant based that appeal to a variety of eaters.
