What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching looks at all the areas of your life and helps you assess where you need to invest energy into yourself. Health coaching is a hybrid of having a trainer, nutritionist, therapist, coach. We examine and assess all the aspects of your life and help you determine where you need support and nurturing.

In-person class - We will learn about the health benefits of a variety of greens and grains and then practice cooking a few easy dishes which integrate these nutritional powerhouses.
Deconstructing Cravings
Two part online workshop - Learn what causes cravings and what you can do to help understand, reduce and eliminate cravings.
Basic Knife Skills
Learn some simple tips to make your fruit and veggie prep easier. Practice techniques for chopping, cutting, and using other cutting tools to make your cooking more efficient. Eating more fruits and vegetables is the foundation for a healthy diet so help yourself learn to have these foods ready and on hand.
