My Approach
Assessing your current diet, habits, exercise, sleep patterns and lifestyle we will create an action plan with measurable and specific short and long term goals. I will give you tools to help you make beneficial and realistic changes to improve your energy, mood, and make you feel more balanced.
Support
Using a variety of tools I will collaborate with you to determine best steps in improving your wellness. This may include; pantry/fridge makeover, meal planning, cooking tips, technology clean-up, movement ideas, meditation and examining all the pieces that effect your well being.
Accountability
By creating a clear plan with simple attainable steps you will be able to make small changes that create big effect. Having a coach to monitor and encourage your progress is essential to creating new habits.
