Chia pudding for the win

Simple, delicious, and adaptable.

Chia pudding is an easy snack, breakfast, dessert that you can pre-make and enjoy all week. High in fiber and protein it provides some staying power and tastes like a treat.

 

Chia pudding

3/4 full fat oat milk (we like Oatly full fat version or Rise Organic Oat milk) though Almond and Soy milk will also work

3 T. organic chia seeds

1/2 t vanilla extract

Mix oat milk and vanilla in a Mason jar. Slowly add chia seeds stirring after each addition. Let sit 10-15 min. Stir again removing any clumps. Place top on jar and let sit in fridge for at least 12-18 hr. Top with fresh or frozen berries, nuts, seeds, coconut and enjoy!
